If you're running Apache + MySQL + PHP in your developer machine (localhost) and you step into this warning, here goes the solution.

If you get this warning, your phpMyAdmin will work just fine except when you try to modify or create a new database. Then you should see a message like this: "Missing parameter: goto (FAQ 2.8 ) ".
DO NOT go ahead and re-install your entire localhost! This will not solve the problem (at least didn't for me!). After hitting my head several times against the wall and searching Google for endless
bulls#$%, I tried to remember what I did before it stoped working. The ONLY thing was the ZoneAlam update... I've installed the version 7.0.xxx WHICH has a makes the Privacy (allow cookies) behave weard and end up blocking ALL cookies even if you set it as trusted.
What I did was shutdown ZA and everything was perfect! I've wrote ZA support and they said: The new ZA update is out available for $29! Again, bulls@#$%!
Well, I end up purchasing the version 2010....@#$%....not that I'm happy about that but at least my phpMyAdmin works fine now!

Putting in simple words: THERE IS NO FIXING! Uninstall it of update it!

Hope have helped you save some headache :)
